Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to? We currently ship to all addresses that are serviceable by USPS and UPS.
How long will it take to receive my order? * Standard Orders: Shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 7–10 business days.

Bulk Orders (100+ items): Automatically upgraded to UPS and arrive within 2–3 business days.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? To ensure security, we ship exclusively to the address linked to your PayPal account at the time of purchase. Please double-check your PayPal details before finalizing your order.
Can I cancel my order? Because we process orders immediately to ensure the fastest delivery possible, cancellations are not possible once payment has been made.
Product & Quality
How do I know what size to buy? We recommend checking our Size Guide [Link to Size Guide] before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up to ensure a comfortable fit for your growing child.
What should I do if I receive a defective item? Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you find a defect:

We will offer a discount (for minor issues) or a replacement/refund (for major defects).
Note: If we don’t hear from you within 14 days, all items are considered accepted in perfect condition.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer refunds? Yes, for major defects. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including any applicable taxes and duties. However, if you choose a replacement, we will ship the new item back to you at no extra cost.
How long does a refund take? We process refunds immediately upon receiving the returned goods. It may take a few business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
